Everflow Consulting & Design was founded by Nina Everflow, a learning strategist and instructional designer with over 15 years of experience designing leadership development, online learning, and transformational education programs for nonprofits, consulting firms, and mission-driven organizations.

After years working across global leadership initiatives, virtual learning environments, and large-scale training programs, Nina saw a growing gap between the depth of change organizations hoped to create and the online learning experiences they were offering. Too often, digital education became overloaded with information while leaving little room for reflection, participation, practice, or human connection.
